Brewster Brougham - 1913

Brewster and Company built custom car bodies in a variety of models for the wealthy who preferred smaller luxury vehicles than those already on the market.  Rolls Royce of America eventually absorbed Brewster, and the Brewster line was discontinued in 1925. In 1934 the Brewster name was brought back to life when 300 Brewster bodies mounted on standard available chassis (Ford, Buick etc.) were constructed.  These automobiles sold for $3,500.
