| Powered by a 36 HP, two-cylinder Aeronca
engine, this aircraft was one of the pioneers of the
light-plane movement. It provided economical flying for the
fledgling aviator, and the Aeronca company kept up with the
changing needs of their customers by continuously offering
new improvements to the design to remain on top. The C-3 was
produced for six years and enjoyed popular approval for the
duration of its production run. |
